Adult Educaton
The Wichita Falls Housing Authority and Region 9 Adult Education have teamed up to provide the Even Start/ Project Together program. This program runs during the school year and is for families who have young children and are in need of completing their GED or learn English as a Second Language(ESL). This program is located at the Paul Irwin Center, 115 East Wichita.
